Ordering Muliple Items
When multiple items are purchased with postage included, a partial refund of the shipping cost will only be made if the actual cost of delivery exceeds the inclusive delivery costs of the goods purchased.
Ordering Prints, Books, Cards, and CDs
UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed-for delivery.
Due to COVID-19 complications, all international Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International, with a tracked service where available. This cost is included in the purchase of some items, but not all - you will be notified if an extra payment for a tracked delivery is required, and orders will only be sent upon your approval.

Free shipping applies only within UK. International postal charges are incurred on our prints and so an additional payment will need to be made according to the product purchased. Please contact us to check the extra postage payment needed.
Purchasing Original Paintings
Please note: During exhibitions, original paintings will only be available for the price given in the exhibition. They will only become available at the online price following the close of an exhibition. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing an original painting, so that we can discuss delivery options.

Will my online transaction be safe?
All payment details are processed by the credit card service known as PayPal, who are a world-wide recognised payment and credit card processing company.

At Wendrich artHouse, all card transactions are made using Pay Pal, and so the following forms of payment may be used:

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Books, cards, and CDs are usually despatched within 48hrs. We typically require 21 days to process orders of prints.

Original Paintings will be sent by courier. We shall always check that the delivery date of paintings is approved by the customer.
How are orders packaged?
All Tarot sets, Books, and CDs are wrapped in bubble-wrap and packaged in sturdy rigid card mailers suitable for overseas shipping.
Larger orders are wrapped in bubble-wrap and packaged in cardboard boxes suitable for overseas shipping.
Prints are carefully hand rolled and then placed in a sturdy, cardboard tube ready for shipping.
Re-usable, recyclable and bio-degradable packaging is used wherever possible. We have tested these methods of packaging and shipping and they have proven to be very successful.
We stand strongly behind the quality of the products on our site, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within seven days of receipt with an explanation of the fault.
RETURNS Only damaged are eligible for a refund. You must contact us within 7 calendar days to return the damaged item.
REFUNDS Once we receive your item, you will be notified that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the item, and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
SHIPPING Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
